INSTALLING INSTALLATION 500 mm 1000 mm 25% (14°) ADVISABLE DISTANCE ENTRAXE CONSEILLE MINIMUM SLOPE PENTE MINIMUM OVERLAP RECOUVREMENT overlap recouvrement SUGGESTIONS ON NUMBER AND POSITION OF THE FIXINGS CONSEILS SUR NOMBRE ET POSITION DES FIXATIONS Les rives à recouvrement de la plaque Tegola permettent la finition entre les plaques, la faîtière et la paroi verticale, afin d’assurer une continuité de la plaque de couverture en liaison avec les parties latérales. Pour une bonne pose de l’accessoire en partant de la ligne d’égout: • Positionner la rive à recouvrement sur la première onde de la plaque Tegola et l’aligner au pas de la plaque (voir Fig. 1) • Fixer la rive à la plaque sur chaque onde avec le cavalier de fixation universel à joint CO00N de la plaque Olandese (voir Fig. 2, détail A) • Il est important également de fixer la rive sur la paroi verticale en utilisant les cavaliers de fixation universels à joint (voir Fig. 2, détail B). Tegola flashings are put at the end of the sheets placed on the lateral edges of the roofing pitch to join them with the vertical wall and make the roofing continuous on each side. For a correct installation we suggest: • Lay the flashing on the lateral profile of the sheet and align it to its pitch (see picture 1) • Fix the flashing to the sheet on each wave with an Olandese washer ref. CO00N (see picture 2/A) • The flashing must also be fixed to the vertical wall using the universal o’ring caps (see picture 2/B) To install the sheet Tegola you have to follow an obligatory laying direction from right to left and an optimum overlap designed to obtain the maximum usable roof area (see the picture on the right). The vertical overlap must be positioned preserving the aesthetic continuity of the sheets. La Plaque Tegola doit obligatoirement être posée de droite à gauche et en respectant le recouvrement étudié pour obtenir la meilleure couverture possible (voir le schéma à gauche). Le recouvrement vertical des plaques doit être positionné en gardant la continuité esthétique de la couverture. LAYING DIRECTION SENS DE POSE FLASHING A gauche vous trouvez le detail de l’intersection entre recouvrement vertical et horizontal des plaques. Afin de limiter la surépaisseur et de conserver un bon esthétisme à l’intersection de 4 plaques , il est conseillé de couper à 45° l’angle inférieur à gauche de la plaque 3 (suivant les dimensions 8 cm x 8 cm) comment indiqué dans le schéma. INTERSECTION DE 4 PLAQUES On the right you can see in details the intersection between vertical and horizontal overlapping of the sheets. To limit the thickening and keep good aesthetics on the intersection point of the four sheets, it is recommended to cut at 45° the left lower corner of sheet number 3 ( cut dimensions 8 x 8 cm).
